Mackens (Mack) Audena is an Associate at Capital Justice Attorneys, LLP who specializes personal and business bankruptcy, probate, and mergers and acquisitions law. Mack is licensed to practice law in New York, Connecticut and he is pending in Maryland.
Born in HaÏti and raised in Connecticut, Mack attended law school at Howard University School of Law and he began his practice of business and entrepreneurship law in New York in 2006. In 2010 Mack enrolled at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business with the assistance of the Wallace L. Jones Fellowship. At business school, Mack focused on management and finance. After business school, Mack started a business consulting company where he provide legal and business advice to his clients.
During the COVID-19 pandemic Mack assisted clients of the Latino Economic Development Center renegotiate their commercial leases. Mack is a member of 2020 Leadership Montgomery CORE class where he aims to become a better civil servant and help to ensure that underrepresented minorities are provided access to the resources available in Montgomery County, Maryland.
